My mom's side:

Ruth's parents were Laura Hibel and Isidore Farber.
Laura was from New London, Connecticut.
My great-grandma Laura was born around 1889 (she fudged her age, and we haven't come up with her birth certificate yet) and died in 1990.

My ggm Laura was married four times. Each husband died before she did.

• The first marriage was to my ggf, Isidore or Israel Farber.
• The second was to her husband's sister's husband, Hyman , after Isidore/Israel and his sister Yetta died.
• The third was to Sol Greenfield.
• The fourth was to Nathan Solomon in 1971. He was born in ?Bucharest?, Romania in 1888, and died in the late 1980s.

Sol Greenfield had had two children from his first marriage -- Abraham "Al" Greenfield (born 1912) and Ruth (?) (who lived in California, and died a few years ago).

Abraham (Al) married Beatrice Rapport in 1952, and they had Barbara "Bonnie" Greenfield in 1957. Abraham "Al" Greenfield died in 1985; Beatrice died in 1993. Bonnie is married to Jon Warren; they have three young children. Bea was a college professor; I believe Al was also a teacher.

Ruth had two children - David and Sheryl. David is now in his mid fifties. He had three children with Zahara, who is from Malaysia. Sheryl remains unmarried.
